tbi: delirium
I was in the hospital for around three months due to my tbi, I was in there because I had brain surgery. One of the things that I remember experiencing was delirium.
Luckily, I haven't gone through delirium again. I experienced that because a portion of my head was open due to having surgery being done.
For me, as far as I'm aware my delirium made me hallucinate, experience moodswings, and feel confusion. It's possible that it partially affected my speech too even though my surgery already contributed to that.
